10.How to Check System Requirement for Running Games on Windows 7, XP, Vista

Introduction:-

System Requirement for using ‘xxxxxx’ diversion on windows 7, vista, xp is a many frequently ask doubt on a internet whenever a new diversion is expelled and even if we find some site to assistance we out about it we are still not means to check it since as a beginner we don’t know most about mechanism as some terms like graphics label memory competence hang we on a problem perpetually so we need true answer so to give we true answer about that there is a site named Can You Run It?

Now we will see a Search Box on this site for typing a name of a game and on typing diversion name there we will see some idea of Game down that hunt box so name one of a diversion entrance in a suggestion.

For Eg. see figure.-
After selecting a game press “Can You Run It Button”. after doing this we will be taken to opposite page where if we don’t have java plugin of browser it will ask we to supplement it.

Note:- Java Plugin is used to get your complement Specification such as RAM, Hard Disk
Now after installing java plugin and on acid a game page will uncover we if we can run a game or not like it shown me in next image.

As we can see my mechanism unsuccessful to pass this exam so now if i wanted to run this diversion over my complement i need some hardware that we can see on that hunt page itself.

like for me system requirement are:-

7.Top 5: 3G data card dongles

There are several data card options in the market. However, most of them come with a locked SIM.

In the Indian telecommunications market, which is highly competitive, locking yourself to one operator’s network is not a wise decision. But unfortunately, the 3G data card segment in India is dominated by SIM locked devices.
These devices have two major disadvantages. First, none of the 3G operators have a nationwide network and so you will be left high and dry if you travel to a place where your operator doesn’t have a 3G network.

Also, with a locked SIM card, you cannot change the operator if you are not satisfied with the service. And buying a whole new connection is generally a costly affair. Moreover, operators keep changing tariff plans, so it is better to have the ability to change operators.
Thus, having an open network data card has a lot of advantages over locked SIM dongles. Here we have discussed the top five 3G data card options that are not locked to a network (also called open market data cards,) and are easily available at online as well as physical retail stores. Apart, from that shortlisted dongles support minimum 32 GB micro SD card.
Huawei EC303C dongle (Rs 1,750)The E303C dongle, which was launched in December last year, offers consumers the liberty to choose their favourite operator as per the best data plan available in the market. Customers can utilise the same SIM card used in a handset to connect and access data.
The data card offers 7.2 Mbps download speed and also works on Edge and GPRS networks. Design wise, the dongle has nothing much to offer, other than very good quality. Also, the company claims that the dongle can connect you to a network in 15 seconds even when you are using it for the first time as there is no dial process to go through.
It supports 32 GB micro SD cards as well. Besides, Huawei offers a co-branded game CD, a Rs 300 gift voucher, and Hungama coupons together with this card.
Salora Zapper-3G data card (Rs 1,900)Salora Zapper-3G data card was launched last September. It supports download speeds of up to 7.2 Mbps and upload speeds of up to 5.76 Mbps. The 3G data card offers features like voice call through GUI, phonebook and SMS support, and social networking as well.
The Salora Zapper 3G data card comes with auto-install software. The data card is mainly available through online stores and has a memory card slot that supports up to 32 GB.
Lava 730G (Rs 1,700)
This is one of the most affordable options with support for 7.2 Mbps download speed. What’s more, it supports voice calling, phonebook and SMS capability, and users can also check their prepaid balance in the same way as on their mobile (e.g. *123# for Airtel).
This one also supports a 32 GB microSD card. The data card looks sleek and is available in black and white colours.
Beetel MF190 (Rs 1,800)Beetel MF190 is actually a ZTE device – one of the closest rivals of Huawei. The device supports up to 7.2 Mbps data download and has a microSD slot with support for up to 32 GB. It doesn’t seem to support voice calling and, at Rs 1,800, is more expensive than other offerings.
Alcatel X300 (Rs 3,000)
This is the costliest in the list and is so because it supports data speeds of up to 14.4 Mbps. But since very few operators offer that kind of speed, the utility of this data card is limited.
This one too has a microSD slot with support for a 32 GB card, and it also supports phonebook, SMS, and prepaid balance checking. However, high cost is the reason for its being down here in the list.
This is by no means a definitive list. There are other products in the market that are very competitively priced, and still other that are either more expensive or are offered at slower speeds (3.6 Mbps), or have limited or no support for SD cards (16 GB or less).

4.Disable Automatic CHKDSK Option

Disable Automatic CHKDSK Option

Windows startup after a sudden shutdown leads to an annoying feature chkdsk. It automatically checks the entire drive for any infected files. This checking can be skipped by pressing any key before it starts during the blue screen which says:

"Checking file system on C:
The type of file system is NTFS.

One of the drives needs to be checked for consistency. You may cancel the disk check, but it is strongly recommended that you continue.
To skip disk checking, press any key within 10 second(s)."

The problem is that skipping is only a temporary option and though it is highly recommended, this chkdsk can be disabled manually. Even if the checking is skipped, it would prompt again during the next windows boot up.

1. start->Run -> cmd

2. and Type  chkntfs /x    (for example : chkntfs /x d:  )

3. Try to type all drives

4. Restart your Computer

3.Use Facebook On Any Old Or New Mobile Phone Without Activating 3G or Edge

We all know how important some of the social networking websites like Facebook has become in our life. Not only on PCs or laptops, rather now it is being used through smartphones and other similar devices. But, the problem is that majority of users do not have smartphones and thus accessing web services like Facebook is a dream for them. So, in order to make this dream a reality, today we are going to discuss a new technique which provides this service and has been named as Facebook for Fonetwish service.
Fonetwish is basically a newly launched service which allows the users to access their Facebook account and that too without making use of the Internet connection. Along with this, it doesn’t require expensive or a particular category phone for the service. Rather, it allows any mobile phone users (almost) like from old Nokia 3100 to latest smart phone users to update Facebook status for free with the help of this service. Along with this status update feature, if you further need some more features then you need to pay a nominal fee for which you can get full control of your Facebook account. It also includes some of the advanced features from your old phone and that too without any need of internet connection or data plan for mobile phone which is a real big advantage.
Now let us talk about the usage of this service. In order to use it, you need to follow the below mentioned steps in the given order :
1. First of all, you need to Dial *325# from your mobile handset in order to get start with the service. Once you dial it, you may observe that a new pop-up will come up which will ask you to enter your Facebook account password. It will then verify your password and once verified, you will see menu for using Facebook on mobile phone.
clip_image001
2. This menu comprises of features like: Update status which as mentioned is available for free and other premium services like: news feed, post on wall, friend request and notifications which all are charged at Re. 1 per day for unlimited usage. As mentioned, you can update Facebook status quickly for free using this service which is a nice feature.
clip_image002
Currently, this service is supported by only few service providers such as Airtel, idea, Aircel, Tata Docomo in India and by XLcom, Telkomsel in Indonesia. So, if you are using either of these mobile operator services as your mobile connection service, then this service should work as explained above in few simple steps.

2.Motherboard Parts Explained!

This motherboard parts introduction explains the main goal of your motherboard in your computer. The most important parts are explained with only a brief introduction to the technologies behind them not to bore the newcomer who may be confused.
For those who are seeking more advanced information you will find links throughout the content and at the bottom as how to install a motherboard.

What Is The Motherboard Main Goal?

The main goal is to connect all the hardware together like hard drives, memory modules, CPU, etc...
A computer mother board is made of several parts, and each one has a hardware that can be connected to it. On the right, the image is showing a modern motherboard with all its parts.
If you click on the link under the image, you will find a larger image with the motherboard parts name.
Learning about your motherboard parts help to understand how upgrade able it is.

The Processor Socket

Sockets are the home for your Central Processor Unit (CPU). Several types of socket exist, but only 2 of them are really used, and both of them are used by Intel and AMD. The Pin Grid Array (PGA) and the Land Grid Array (LGA).
Motherboard socket
CPU Socket
With the type PGA, the CPU will have pins to fit in the socket holes, but with the type LGA, the CPU will not have such pins and will just sit on the socket.
I am discussing this subject in more details in the CPU socket type guide.
To know the form of CPU your motherboard can use and the range of powers and FSBs, look in your motherboard's book. The book that comes with your motherboard has a chart about it in the socket or CPU chapter. That information will give you an idea to how far you can upgrade your CPU.

Memory Slots

Memory slots also call memory banks are for Random Access Memory modules (RAM). Each memory bank can receives a RAM module designed for a specific pc mother board. Ranging from 2 to 4 banks, you will encounter single and dual-channel technologies.
Memory RAM slots in pair
Memory Banks
With single-channel, you can use 1, 2 or 3 Ram modules, and it should work perfectly. On the other hand, with dual-channel technology, if you fill only 1 bank, you will lose some strength from your module.
To get the most of it, you need to fill 2 banks with the same module types, from the same manufacturer with exactly the same memory amounts.
If you want 1GB of memory, you need to use 2 512MB modules from the same manufacturer with the same technology type. This way, motherboards use the modules strength to its full capacity. Otherwise it may not work at all.
Like the socket, to find out the type, the manufacturer and the total MB or GB quantity you can use, take a look in your motherboard's book. You should be able to find everything you need.

Main Power Connector And The 4 Pins Connector

The main power connector is uses to get the electric energy from the power supply which the motherboard require to function properly.
24 pins main power connector
24 Pins Main Power Connector
There are 2 main power connector types for those motherboard parts. The 20 pins + 4 pins (2 separate connectors on the same motherboard), and the 24 pins.
Not all power supplies have the 2 types, but it is possible to work around the problem if you run into an incompatibility situation. Which will be discussed in a future power supply guide about how to install it and where to plug the connectors.

IDE, ATA And S-ATA Interface Connectors

Many interface standards have been created throughout the years, maybe too many for discussing about all of them. I will then talk about the ATA and the S-ATA only as the IDE is the same thing as the ATA, only the name has changed. Also I will be brief because it is more a hard drive topic than anything else.
IDE/ATA and S-ATA connectors
IDE/ATA And SATA Interface
The Advance Technology Attachment (ATA) interface is used to connect hard drives and optic drives. You can attach 2 drives on the same ribbon, 1 master and the other slave, and it supports almost all modern hard drives storage capacities.
Modern computer mother boards have the new interface called Serial Advance Technology Attachment (S-ATA). It is faster than the ATA and only 1 device can be attached to it. The wire is thinner than his predecessor and surely help at the cooling process inside the computer case.
I cover the topic in more details in the What Is SATA Interface guide.

Floppy Drive Connector

3.5' floppy drive connector (FDD)
Floppy Drive Connector
Plug your "3.5" floppy drive there. Not really used now, they are going to disappear completely very soon.

32 bit PCI Slots, AGP And PCIe

32 bit slots Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) are used to install sound cards, graphic cards, Ethernet cards and modems.
PCI and PCI-Epress slots
PCI, AGP or PCIe Ports
The motherboard parts Accelerated Graphics Port (AGP) and PCI Epress (PCIe) focus on graphic cards only. AGP standards use x2, x4 or x8 technologies. AGP 8 being the best, it is highly boosting your graphics and video performances. In Comparison with his old brother PCI, it is day and night.
PCIe standard is even better than AGP standard, and mostly the only one used right now. Some like to say, PCIe is a AGP standard at x16 and it is the #1 choice for gaming machines right now.
More motherboard content will be written on it, especially for graphic cards.

Back Panel Connectors

Back panel connectors
Back Panel Connectors
When the computer is mounted, those motherboard parts show up at the computer case back panel. They are used to plug the mouse, keyboard, monitor, printer, sound system and any other peripherals you may have.

[I hope you appreciated the motherboard parts guide
and I invite you to take a look at the other guides.]

1.How to Download Embedded Flash Files using your Browser

Today, Flash is everywhere. Animations, music, games, advertisements or even streaming presentations. Speaking of games, here’s a list of site with the best flash games.
The use of Flash plug-ins in browsers is now almost obligatory. Yes, it’s easy to view and enjoy the rich media content delivered by interactive Flash embedded pages. But what if I want to download some of these files as keepsakes? The greatest benefit ““ I can watch them offline in my own jolly time. Convert them to a format of my choice. Or embed them again in a PowerPoint presentation. Or even transfer them to my mobile phone.

Flash animation files are embedded as SWF (Small Web Format) files in webpages. Rather than depending on any software or a third-party website, downloading Flash content is dead simple. The only tool required is a browser and a bit of patience to do the rummaging around.
Just one note: As we will be heading into the internet cache folders of the respective browsers, it pays to clear it of all old files before navigating to the desired page. It makes the Flash file search a lot easier.
So, here’s how to do it in three of our popular browsers.

Download SWF files using Firefox

  1. Fire up Firefox and browse to the page which contains the embedded SWF Flash file that you are eyeing to download. Let the SWF file stream through once completely.
  2. On any empty part of the page, right-click and select the Page Info context menu option. Or alternatively, go to Tools ““ Page Info
Select the Media tab. The Media tab lists all image formats, icons, style sheets and flash files that were rendered by the webpage.

  1. Look amongst the items to find the particular file with the SWF extension. The type column will show up with an Embed filetype. Highlight the file and click Save as to save the file on your hard drive.
Download SWF files using Internet Explorer

In IE8, we have to head to the Temporary Internet Files folder which stores all rendered files during a browsing session. (It can be directly accessed from here in Windows XP – C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files.)
  1. Go to the IE Menu bar. Click on Tools ““ Internet Options.
  2. On the General tab, click on Settings under Browsing History.
  3. The Temporary Internet Files and Browsing History box opens up.

  1. Click on View Files. You will get all the rendered webpage elements in this folder.
  2. To rummage about effectively amidst the mass of files, choose View ““ Arrange by Type from the menu. Also go to Tools ““ Folder Options, and uncheck the Hide extensions for known file types option.
  3. Seek out your SWF files, copy and then paste it to your preferred location.

Download SWF files using Opera
In Opera, downloaded SWF files can be accessed in two simple ways ““
  • Type opera:cache in the address bar.
  • Go to Tools ““ Advanced ““ Cache from the toolbar.
Either way, a huge list of downloaded page elements opens up with their URLs. Search for a file with the .swf extension. Alternatively, you could search (Ctrl+F ) and hunt it down, with swf as the search query.
Right-click on the particular file and choose either Saved Linked Content As or Save to Download Folder to save the SWF file on the hard disk.

After downloading the SWF file, one can use the Adobe Flash Player to view the Flash file or a supported media player like Media Player Classic. Or, an easier way would be to just open it in a browser by right-clicking it and selecting the browser of choice.
These are the ways we can use to single out the Flash files from a webpage. In my experience, I personally have been more comfortable with Firefox than the other two. I am still searching a way perform this in Chrome but it is proving impossible without third-party support. Numerous third-party tools can do the same job better by converting it to a format of your choice. But it always pays to know that you can fall back on a browser alone.
Aibek had the same idea about offline Flash files when he covered How To Download and Play Flash Games Offline in a previous post. That post extends the possibilities of the fun we can have with Flash files.
What about you? Do you let it play on the webpage or do you dig under and take a Flash file offline?
